The easiest way to book hire bikes is to phone us so that we can match you with the ideal bike for your route, size and ability or to call into the shop, where we can size you up with the actual bikes.
In order to help us to get the most suitable bikes and equipment for you and your family where and when you need them, information we will ask for when you contact us will include:
What types of bikes you would like (please see the page on bike types for more information if you're not sure)
The names, genders & heights (or preferred bike frame size) of all the hirers
In the case of children, their ages
The name & best contact number of the main contact
Your preferred hire dates
Your preferred drop-off and collection times
Your preferred delivery and collection location(s)
Your payment preference (card, bank transfer, cash)
In order to secure your booking, we require a £10 non-refundable deposit per bike, which will be taken off your final balance. If you are collecting bikes from the shop, the balance can be paid on collection. If we are delivering bikes to you, we will contact you within 48 hours of the hire to take payment by card over the phone (alternatively you can request our bank details in order to pay by BACS).
