This ride takes you through the North Eastern edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, offering spectacular views of the coast and rolling countryside. While it is relatively flat, there are a few gradual climbs. There are numerous refreshment options in the village of Hunmanby but most of the ride is in open countryside with no facilities. The route avoids main roads. There is a section which runs along the busy A165 but this is on a cycle path. Most of the route is on small, quiet country roads with very little traffic, even at busy times of year.
