- Re-learn to Cycle: A confidence-building course for adults
- Learn to Ride: The basics of learning to ride on two wheels. Available for all ages between 4yrs &104yrs!!
- Cycling with Confidence on the Road: A course designed for adults, who are nervous about cycling on the road
- Cycle Skills for Kids: A course designed for groups of up to 10 children (8 yrs - 14yrs)
Bicycle Maintenance Instruction
- Repairing a puncture
- Basic general maintenance
- Bespoke 1-1 sessions - spend an hour with your bike and our mechanic, learning whatever element of repair/maintenance you like
We will advertise our open courses on social media and on posters around FIley, but we can also provide any of the above to established groups or 1-1. Just contact us to discuss your specific needs and we'll give you a price.
Our cycling courses are delivered by qualified cycle instructors and our maintenance instruction is delivered by our Cytech-qualified mechanic, who is also an experienced trainer. All those delivering courses are fully insured and DBS checked.
